Summer Camp (Boys & Girls Ages 6-14)

ALL DAY SUMMER CAMP 7:30 A.M. - 6:00 P.M.

$105.00 PER WEEK

 All our summer campers get to pick a core sport. They also get to pick there current skill level. Based on those selection each camper is put into a group. All campers will participate in their core curriculum each day. They will play games or perform every week. Campers will also have the opportunity for free time and have the opportunity to participate in on-site activities each week. Each camper will also receive a camp T-shirt. 

Basketball Campers (Ideal for kids 6 -14 Beginner / Intermediate / Advanced Skills Set ) will focus on the following core skills throughout the summer:
 Skills & Drills (Ball Handling/ Passing & Catching/ Shooting)
 Post and Perimeter Play- both offensively & defensively
 Footwork (Pivots, Hop steps, Jabs, Spins, Drop Steps, Crossover Steps, Jump stops)
 Agility & Balance  Speed & Quickness  Strength & Conditioning
 Scrimmage
 Defense & Offensive Schemes

Volleyball Campers (Ideal for kids 6 -14 Beginner & Intermediate Skills Set will focus on the following core skills throughout the summer:
 Skills & Drills (Pass, Set, Serve & Hit)
 Agility & Balance  Speed & Quickness  Strength & Conditioning
 Scrimmage
 Defense & Offensive Schemes

Football Campers (Ideal for kids 8 -14 Beginner & Intermediate Skills Set ) will focus on the following core skills throughout the summer:
 QB's Footwork, proper mechanics, how to read every type of coverage, correct Arc 'n Pace, play-calling, and learning a playbook
 WR's & TE's Alignment, steps/depth on individual and combination routes, pass-catching skill, and releases off the line of scrimmage
 RB's Ball security, foot work, blocking, route-running, pre-snap reads, blitz pick-up, and pass-catching skill
 Agility & Balance  Speed & Quickness  Strength & Conditioning
 Defense & Offensive Schemes

Hip Hop Dance Campers (Ideal for kids 6 -12 Beginner Skills Set ) will focus on the following core skills throughout the summer:                             Technique & Precision
 Agility & Balance  Speed & Quickness  Strength & Conditioning
 Performance & Dance Battles

Multi Sports Campers - Campers can choose up to 2 Cores. These campers will split time during the week between each core.
