Small Group (2-6 athletes) $15.00 Sign Up Here https://form.jotform.com/82125423744150 Small Group training & Individual training slots however are on a first come first serve basis and require sign ups. It is open to any and all player who would like to come out.
2. Registration -- Get ahead of the Game
Every Players Needs the Following on File 1. Copy of Birth Certificate 2. Report Card from the School Year 2018 -2019 3. Recent Photo 4. All Players additionally will be required to get NSID certified all the above documentation are required and a payment of $10.00 to do so.
6. We will release tentative tournament schedule this Sunday at our team meeting 11:00am in the Lobby of the School- You will use the front entrance of the school.
